Coach - Marti Brown
Marti has skied since he was two! He grew up in Andorra where his parents ran a hotel and chalet operation for a major UK tour operator.

He skied and trained with the Ski Club of Soldeu El Tarter and represented both the Soldeu resort and Andorra.

Marti has worked for us at the Hotel Staffler for a number of years and is a BASI coach. He is also a RYA sailing instructor, PADI qualified diver and martial arts instructor. He also has national rugby honours having played for the Country Alliance XV.

Coach - Ian Williams
Like Marti, Ian has skied from an early age both on holiday with his parents and later with his school team and with the Cardiff Ski Club.

Ian is a member of the Welsh Ski Team and holds a number of dry slope titles.

He has been the top seeded Welsh skier on snow for the past three seasons.

Ian brings a great deal of racing experience to the Elite product and will complete his BASI Level One coaching award this summer.

Head of Academic Studies – Adam Collins
Adam brings a great deal of teaching experience to the Elite Snowsports Academic program.

Adam has a BA Honours in Teaching Physical Education to middle and upper school pupils.

Adam is also a qualified ASA Swim teacher, has extensive teaching experience from school years 5 to 13, has worked for a number of years in a variety of different schools teaching a range of subjects and has also coached for Bradford City Football Club.

We are very pleased to welcome Adam to the Elite Snowsports team

Head of Pastoral Care - Yana Richardson
Yana looks after the day to day well - being of our Elite athletes. She is responsible for all the pastoral elements of our packages.

At Elite we pride ourselves on the relaxed but disciplined environment we create to enhance the well-being and development of our athletes. Everyone on our program is expected to work hard on the mountain, during land training and in the classroom. We ensure they eat well, sleep well and enjoy themselves!

Head of Housekeeping – Jill Henman
Jill has worked in the travel and tourism industry for a number of years. She has worked for major international hotel chains through to small boutique hotels in a number of roles including front office and reception. She has also worked as a conference and weddings organiser and duty management.

Jill has also self tutored her children and has run her own internet based outdoor furniture company importing goods from the Far East and selling throughout the UK.
